Blackbaud Learn Subscription Cancellation Policies

Distance Learning Training

Cancellations may be made with no penalty up to three (3) business days prior to the start of the scheduled training. Any request to reschedule three (3) or fewer business days prior to the day of class will be subject to a $100 administration fee. Failure to appear for a confirmed registration will result in a $150 administration fee. Attendees who do not attend at least half of a confirmed class will be charged an administration fee of $150 per class per attendee. If technical difficulties prohibit you from attending, you may reschedule for another class without penalty. You must notify us by email at traininghelp@blackbaud.com or call us at 800.468.8996, option 3 when technical difficulties arise or if you need to cancel or reschedule your class.

Classroom Training – Charleston and Regional Locations

Cancellations or postponements of this class registration may be made with no penalty up to ten (10) business days prior to the start of the scheduled training class. Any request to reschedule nine (9) or fewer business days prior to the first day of class will be subject to a $100 administration fee. Failure to appear for a confirmed registration will result in a $150 administration fee. Please note that in situations of inclement weather, classes may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty. Attendees who do not attend all of the scheduled days of training for a confirmed class will be assessed a $150 administration fee for the class per attendee. General Cancellation Policies

Distance Learning Training

H1N1 Virus Policy

If the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issues a health warning for a city with a scheduled training, we will allow you to postpone your training and you will be issued a credit that you can use within one year from the date of the training purchase.

Personalized Training - Tailored Onsite

Cancellations or postponements of a scheduled onsite training visit may be made with no penalty up to sixteen (16) business days prior to the start of the scheduled training. Cancellations or postponements of a scheduled training made between six (6) and fifteen (15) business days prior to the first day of the training will be assessed 50% of the total cost of the scheduled training. Cancellations or postponements of a scheduled training made within five (5) days prior to the first day of the training will be assessed 100% of the total cost of the scheduled training. Personalized Training - Tailored One-to-one Remote

Cancellations or postponements of a scheduled remote training may be made with no penalty up to five (5) business days prior to the start of the scheduled training.  Cancellations or postponements of a scheduled training made within five (5) days prior to the start time of the training will be assessed 25% of the total cost of the scheduled training. Refund Policy

Except for the cancellation policy described above, all payments and fees are nonrefundable. It is expected that students will assess the appropriateness of a course by reviewing the course descriptions and schedules in advance of purchase or registration.
